The Olde English Bulldogge described above is sold for the sum of $____. (Excluding Shipping Costs)
Payment to be made in full prior to delivery or pick up of puppy.  No exceptions to this.________________________________________A  PUPPY is defined here to be an "Olde English Bulldogge" puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the Olde English Bulldogge breed. This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with the IOEBA. Information needed will be provided to BUYER if requested for other registries.
The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery.  Buyer is responsible for liability of puppy after being checked in with Airline carrier or picked up by Shipper.
The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.  If said Puppy is not examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery all guarantees listed below are void.  No cash refunds will be given unless specifically stated below.
If the Vet finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than but not limited to, the presence of common parasites(mites, round-worms, coccidia, Giardia, hookworms, etc.) a viral or bacterial cold or bacterial infection, which is easily treated, fleas, small scratches, scrapes or bites from other puppies or coughs that are deemed to be short-term the BREEDER will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from the same or upcoming liter, after the puppy is returned to the breeder at buyers expense or put to sleep, which ever is in the best interest of the puppy. All veterinarian expenses resulting from this inspection are the responsibility of the BUYER. The BREEDER reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the BREEDER. No money will be refunded.
BREEDER also warranties PUPPY to be free from any genetic/hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of the vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of age. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the BREEDER with sufficient supporting evidence, the BUYER will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to the BREEDER(BUYER pays all shipping costs on returns) or put to sleep. No cash refunds.
   The Buyer agrees the puppy will never be abused, neglected, or used for any kind of illegal purposes. Buyer agrees to provide proper shelter, food, water and never leave the puppy on a chain for extended periods of time. Buyer also commits to provide necessary veterinarian check ups and vaccinations. If puppy ever shows signs of neglect or abuse, ownership of puppy will immediately return to TK Bully’s without any return of monies Buyer paid.

All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies by breeding only dogs (parents) that show exceptional breed characteristics and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. Keeping in mind that BUYER is getting a Bulldog breed puppy.  The guarantee does not cover things beyond our control, including but not limited too; Cherry Eyes, Entropian, Ectropian, and form of mange (demodex, red or any type of mite).  Mange is a disorder that can be transmitted as a recessive gene, Experts dispute causes including environment, diet and stress therefore we cannot guarantee against it.  Skin Allergies or Umbilical hernias (This issue is also very disputed on whether it is genetic or caused by trauma.) are not covered, if they are present before puppy leaves premises we will make sure that buyer is aware before purchase. This issue is also very disputed on whether it is genetic or caused by trauma.  There is also no guarantee that said puppy will be “show” or “breedable” quality.  All puppies are sold as family pets. 
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy on a healthy diet throughout its normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.
The BUYER agrees to use the prefix TK Bully’s in the PUPPY’S registered name.

Deposit will be $300.00 for each pup reserved.  Deposits will be taken on a first come first serve basis.  Deposits “received” first along with a signed contract will receive first choice on puppies once they are put up for sale.  The second deposit will receive the second choice, etc.  Deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in this contract.  Deposits may be taken on unborn pups once pregnancy has been confirmed.  Deposits on unborn pup must be specific on sex of pup.   BREEDER reserves the right to not list puppies for sale if they are to be kept by BREEDER.  This choice will be made within the first two weeks after puppies are born.                 
   
If this puppy is being sold with Limited Registration then Buyer must abide by the following. Buyer must have puppy spayed/neutered before the puppy’s 6th month birthday. Proof of the alteration must include a copy of a veterinarian certificate stating that the procedure was done. This proof must be sent to TK Bully’s with in 30 days of the procedure or the puppy’s 6th month birthday. If the puppy is bred without the written permission of TK Bully’s, either by accident or design, Buyer forfeits ownership of the puppy and all monies paid to TK Bully’s. Ownership of the puppy will return to TK Bully’s. This decision will be the sole decision of TK Bully’s.  
                                   
Deposit will be refunded if there are more deposits than puppies born, the remaining parties unable to obtain a pup from desired breeding will be refunded 100% of their money back.  Buyer may request pup of opposite sex if available after prior deposit picks are made.  Refund will be given if said pup dies prematurely after birth.

Payments may be made by money order, cashier’s check or Cash .  Money order and cashier’s checks will be held for 7 days before pup is released in order to clear through the bank.  We recommend making payment by the time said pup is 6 weeks in order to receive your pup at the earliest date possible. 

Shipping costs will be incurred by BUYER.  BREEDER will provide shipping at a cost of $275.00 per PUPPY, Unless shipping costs exceed said amount.  This cost will include a kennel/crate (you keep), health certificate and shipping costs.  *If PUPPY is to be shipped out of the country, any additional charges from the airline will be the responsibility of BUYER.

The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
